Performance Test Engineer

Looking for a Performance Test Engineer to support performance testing activities for enterprise applications. You will work closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure systems meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements. Responsibilities Develop performance test plans, test scenarios, and workload models. Create and maintain automated performance test scripts using k6 (JavaScript/TypeScript) . Perform load, stress, spike, endurance, scalability, and capacity testing. Analyse test results and identify performance bottlenecks. Work with developers, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues. Prepare test environments and test data to support performance testing. Support performance testing activities for system enhancements and new releases. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related discipline. Experience in software performance testing. Hands-on experience with k6 . Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript . Experience testing web applications, APIs, and microservices. Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana , Prometheus , or InfluxDB . Experience with JMeter, Gatling, or Locust is an advantage. Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
