Project Manager / Electrical Manager (Critical Power Solutions)

Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for electrical engineering projects. Coordinate project activities, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team of electrical engineers, designers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders. Provide technical oversight and guidance on electrical engineering design, installation, testing, and commissioning activities. Monitor project costs, expenditures, and financial performance against established budgets. Identify cost-saving opportunities, manage change orders, and take proactive measures to optimize project profitability. Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and best practices. Prepare and present regular progress reports, financial summaries, and other project documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
