QC Executive / Laboratory Technician (Tuas, Food)

Responsibilities: Perform in-house testing (sensory, solubility) for raw materials and finished goods to ensure quality compliance. Coordinate with external labs for sample submission, testing, and result tracking. Monitor production quality through routine checks, GMP inspections, and changeover verification. Support product trials and maintain proper sample labelling, storage, and traceability. Conduct environmental and hygiene testing, ensuring compliance with food safety standards (GMP, HACCP). Maintain accurate documentation, lab records, and ensure timely escalation of non-conformances. Ensure lab cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and assist with ad hoc duties as required. Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field of study.
