Responsibilities QA Strategy & Policy Development: Develop, implement,and maintain comprehensive QA policies, procedures, and standards to guaranteeconsistent, high-quality delivery across all projects. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Direct, support, andmentor the QA team, fostering their professional growth and driving overallteam performance. Testing & Compliance Oversight: Oversee end-to-endtesting processes, internal audits, and rigorous compliance checks to verifystrict adherence to established quality benchmarks. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely withcross-functional teams to align quality objectives with broader business goalsand product timelines. Metrics & Insights Analysis: Monitor, analyze, andreport on key quality metrics to provide management with actionable insightsfor strategic decision-making.
