Application Support Analyst (Java)

Responsibilities : Act as the first line of technical support, triaging and troubleshooting Java-based application issues. Analyze and debug Java code to pinpoint root causes of issues (minimal new coding expected). Set up and configure environments for debugging based on provided documentation. Write and execute SQL queries (simple to complex) for data extraction, analysis, and customer workarounds. Monitor application performance and system health proactively. Maintain accurate troubleshooting documentation. Plan and manage issue resolution effectively. Requirements: Java Programming & Debugging experience, especially with JSP, JDBC, JNDI. Proficient in SQL with ability to write and analyze complex queries. 5+ years of experience in technical support roles with programming background. Effective planner with good organizational skills. Proactive in identifying and resolving issues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
