Job Summary The Supply Chain Manager will lead a team of about 12 members responsible for sourcing and purchasing, ensuring efficient supply chain operations aligned with business goals. Responsibilities Lead and develop the supply chain team to achieve sourcing and purchasing targets that support operational efficiency Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and cost-effectiveness Utilize ERP systems to monitor and optimize purchasing processes and inventory levels Forecast delivery schedules to align supply with production demands and minimize delays Implement cost control measures to reduce expenses while maintaining quality standards Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce excess or shortages Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the supply chain Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to maintain uninterrupted operations We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
