IT PMO Analyst / PMO Coordinator (Banking Contract)

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized PMO Analyst / PMO Coordinator to support a banking project team. This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination, stakeholder management, and administrative capabilities who can ensure smooth project governance and delivery across multiple workstreams. Key Responsibilities Coordinate project activities, meetings, and key milestones across various stakeholders. Arrange and schedule interviews, meetings, workshops, and project governance forums. Prepare, format, and maintain high-quality PowerPoint presentations for management reporting and steering committee meetings. Support PMO governance activities, including project documentation, action tracking, risk and issue logs, and status reporting. Consolidate weekly and monthly project updates from team members. Track project deliverables and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion. Manage meeting minutes, action items, and decisions registers. Support resource planning, onboarding coordination, and team administration activities. Ensure project documentation is maintained in accordance with banking governance standards. Act as a central point of coordination between business, technology, vendors, and project teams. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related disciplines. 3–8 years of PMO, project coordination, or project administration experience, preferably within banking or financial services. Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook . Experience preparing management reports, steering committee decks, and project status updates. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
