Job Summary Support technology finance operations by generating financial reports, managing budgets, and overseeing IT asset management to optimize spend and ensure compliance within a technology-driven environment. Responsibilities Generate and analyze PR/GR and financial reports using SAP and enterprise systems to support accurate financial decision-making. Process invoice payments and reconcile technology-related expenses to maintain timely and accurate financial records. Maintain data integrity across financial systems to ensure reliable reporting and compliance. Collaborate with senior technology leaders to monitor and optimize budget utilization for IT projects and operations. Support renewal and budgeting processes for software and hardware contracts to ensure cost-effective technology investments. Assist in managing project budgets by tracking spend against forecasts and identifying variances for corrective action. Prepare monthly financial dashboards and insights to inform the Technology Finance team’s strategic planning. Oversee IT asset management, including inventory tracking, issuance, and decommissioning of laptops and hardware to maintain asset accuracy. Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and audit requirements to uphold financial governance standards. Required competencies and certifications Experience in a finance role within a technology-driven environment, financial institution, or consulting firm (minimum 1 year) or relevant internship experience for fresh graduates. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint, to perform data analysis and communication tasks effectively. Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and support financial modeling and reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams. Preferred competencies and qualifications Working knowledge of SAP (PEMS or similar ERP systems) to generate and analyze financial reports efficiently. Experience with financial modeling and data analysis to enhance budgeting and forecasting accuracy. Solid understanding of financial treatment for technology expenses, distinguishing CapEx from OpEx. Experience with IT asset lifecycle management to support accurate tracking and control of technology assets.
