PMO/ Project Admin (Telco Exposure)- Contract

Contract role Good to have Telco billing experience Key Responsibilities: Asset Management • Maintain up-to-date network inventory in system and network database. • Track the lifecycle of network assets. • Coordinate disposal of network assets and annual fixed asset verification. Telco Billing • Process and verify telco invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment. • Identify billing discrepancies and coordinate with vendors for resolutions. • Provide monthly costing for reporting. Data Line Tracking and Contract Management • Keep track of new, upgraded and terminated network data lines. • Monitor contract expirations and coordinate renewal, termination or upgrades with network engineers and service providers. • Ensure proper documentation of all network data line changes for auditing and cost management. Data Management and Reporting • Utilize MS Excel for data entry, organize, analysis and reporting on asset tracking, network data lines, contract renewals and telco billing. EA Reg.
