IT Procurement Executive-Amk- Contract

The IT Procurement & Finance Lead is responsible for managing IT procurement including purchase orders, invoicing, vendor management, CAPEX/OPEX tracking, budgeting, and financial reporting. The role works closely with IT, Finance, and vendors to ensure cost control, compliance, and efficient procurement processes. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end IT procurement and vendor coordination. Raise, issue and track Purchase Orders (POs) and invoices. Monitor IT CAPEX and OPEX budgets and expenditures. Support budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with procurement and finance policies. Coordinate contract renewals and vendor payments. Maintain accurate procurement and financial records. Support audit and cost optimization initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related field. 3+ years of experience in IT procurement and finance operations. Strong knowledge of: Purchase Orders (PO) ,Invoice processing CAPEX/OPEX management , Vendor and contract management Experience with ERP/procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, etc.). Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Good to have some Banking/ Fintech exposure. Preferred Skills Experience in IT infrastructure or software procurement.
