Oracle Dba- Banking (Contract Until Dec 31)

Contract until Dec 31, 2026 ,will be renewed further based on performance Good to have banking experience Responsibilities The Database Administrator implements and administers Oracle Databases, installs and maintains database products, including patch application and upgrade of environments. Works closely with business, application development teams to solve business problems, development, testing or demonstration of databases. Performs many related database functions across one or more engineering teams, including designing, installation and maintaining new databases, backup/recovery design and configuration management Requirement Experience in engineering and operations of Oracle Multitenant DBs (19c) Experience with Data Modelling tools Previous experience with Oracle 19c ASM and Data Guard Disaster Recovery Experience with UNIX and Linux Administration and scripting Installation, Configuration and Performance Tuning Expertise in backup/recovery and failover methods with Data Guard and best practices. Experience with Oracle RAC database, clustered environment set-up, Data Guard, Advanced Security features, Audit Vault, Database Vault, Partitioning, Replication, Flashback, Network configurations and Storage Configurations Experience with Golden Gate Preferred Skill Requirements: Knowledge of the Enterprise Architecture standards, Microsoft Azure Cloud, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Familiarity with the complexities of working with the data centres-self-starting/self-driven; requires minimal guidance Able to work effectively in diverse environments with troubleshooting skills including areas such as storage, OS, patches, ASM and networking EA Reg.
