Job Responsibilities Oversee the cost, financial performance, and timeline progress of construction projects. Manage project budgets, cost planning, quantity take-offs, and contract administration activities. Prepare quotations, cost estimates, tender submissions, and other project-related documentation. Source, evaluate, and negotiate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Monitor project expenditures and prepare regular cost tracking reports. Develop and maintain project schedules, track key milestones, and follow up on project progress. Assist in the preparation and submission of project claims, invoices, delivery orders, and supporting documents. Handle contract documentation, project correspondence, and document control. Assist with permit applications, regulatory submissions, and compliance documentation. Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain accurate project records, reports, and administrative documentation. Support management in daily project operations and general administrative matters. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. Requirements & Qualifications Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related construction field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, project administration, or a similar role within the construction or engineering industry. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, quantity surveying practices, and project documentation. Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines. Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and problem-solving ability. Preferably able to speak and write in both English and Chinese. Immediate availability is preferred.
