Assistant Project Manager

Assistant Project Manager — Landed Residential Construction TCA Design & Build is looking for a practical and responsible Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of landed residential projects in Singapore, including A&A, reconstruction and new-build houses. Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager with daily site coordination and execution. Coordinate workers, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants. Monitor construction progress, workmanship and manpower. Check site works against drawings, specifications and approved details. Identify site problems early and follow through on practical solutions. Arrange materials, quotations, deliveries and required site resources. Prepare progress updates, site records and work schedules. Attend meetings and follow up on decisions and outstanding matters. Support projects from structural works through architectural finishes and handover. Requirements Experience in building construction, preferably landed residential projects in Singapore. Able to read architectural, structural and M&E drawings. Practical understanding of construction methods, sequencing and quality control. Good communication and coordination skills. Organised, responsible and proactive in resolving problems. Comfortable working primarily on site and travelling between projects. Diploma or degree in construction, architecture, engineering or a related field is preferred. Singapore construction experience is strongly preferred.
