Supervisor

Coordinate and supervise architectural works and ensure works are carried out are in accordance to drawings, specifications, shop drawings and method statements. To conduct pre-inspection with subcontractors prior to calling for RE/RTO inspections. Arrange and facilitate RE/RTO inspections. To ensure site works are carried out according to daily / weekly site coordination schedule. To conduct internal quality inspection and carry out In-process Quality Control. To do proper inventory check to ensure enough materials are available for works. Maintain site storage facilities for building materials and equipment. To control and manage SCS general workers. Control and minimize material wastages. Carry out In-process Quality Control measures. Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment and daily housekeeping is carried out. Resolve any site issues faced at the work site. Report to the higher level if the issue is beyond his capacity to resolve. To plan and coordinate inter disciplinary works and shop drawings. Receiving materials from suppliers. To keep site records (daily journal, DO, etc.). To coordinate handing over inspections. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisor/ Management. Job Requirements: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Independent, diligent and highly motivated with excellent team spirit. Relevant qualification / certificates in architectural discipline (eg. Diploma, NCCS, BCSS, Safety or Lifting).
