Crew (Service Associate) Job Summary The Crew (Service Associate) is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily restaurant operations. As the first point of contact for guests, the Crew creates a welcoming dining experience by providing attentive service, maintaining cleanliness, preparing food and beverages, and supporting overall outlet operations while upholding the company's service standards. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Welcome and greet customers warmly. Introduce the menu and recommend food and beverage selections. Take customer orders accurately and process payments. Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally. Handle customer enquiries and resolve basic complaints courteously. Outlet Operations Prepare beverages and simple food according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, private rooms, kitchen, and service stations. Replenish ingredients, beverages, and packaging supplies. Assist with opening and closing duties. Food Safety & Hygiene Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Ensure all food is prepared and stored according to company procedures. Maintain personal hygiene and a clean working environment. Teamwork Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Support colleagues during peak operating hours. Attend training sessions and continuously improve product knowledge and service skills. Inventory Support Monitor stock levels and report shortages. Assist in receiving and storing deliveries properly. Minimise product wastage through proper handling and storage. Requirements Previous experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage. Friendly, positive, and service-oriented attitude. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
