Job Summary You will prepare and review ACMV system designs, coordinate with interior designers and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with codes to deliver efficient, high-quality projects aligned with design intent and operational goals. Responsibilities Prepare detailed ACMV drawings, schematics, and specifications including ducting, piping, and equipment layout to support project requirements Align ACMV designs with interior design concepts by coordinating ceiling layouts and diffuser placements to maintain aesthetics Collaborate closely with interior designers to integrate ACMV systems without compromising visual appeal Review and amend shop drawings based on site conditions while ensuring compliance with design intent and quality standards Ensure all ACMV designs comply with local building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Plan and coordinate resources, subcontractors, and project teams to achieve timely and efficient project delivery Develop operational strategies to enhance project efficiency and competitiveness in the market Review tender documents, drawings, and briefs to accurately define project scope and requirements Prepare presentation slides of ACMV designs for tender submissions to support business development Manage subcontractors and teams to ensure quality execution and adherence to project timelines Perform additional duties as assigned by management or immediate superior to support project success Required competencies and certifications Diploma or higher qualification in Engineering or a related field Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ACMV system design or similar role Strong knowledge of ACMV system design for office environments Proficient in drafting AC designs using AutoCAD application Ability to perform cooling load calculations and equipment sizing accurately Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and perform effectively under pressure Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
