Senior Interior Designer

Our Client is a Singapore Interior Design company specializing in workplace/commercial office design. We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer. What you’ll be doing: Develop innovative and well-considered design solutions that meet project objectives and client requirements. Provide conceptual thinking, research, and analysis for proposed projects. Prepare high-quality presentation materials, including PowerPoint slides and presentation packages, to effectively communicate and secure client approval for design solutions. Ensure all design changes and solutions are accurately coordinated and integrated into project design documentation. Monitor and uphold design intent throughout site implementation and project execution. Lead, guide, and mentor junior designers to support their professional development and design output. Assist the Associate/ Lead Designer or Design Director in managing project schedules and deliverables for the interior design team. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management team or immediate superior. Requirements: Minimum 8-10 years' experience in corporate office interior design. Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or its equivalent. Extensive knowledge of design detailing and construction methodology. Strong in conceptual design and space planning skills. Able to work as part of a team independently; work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines. Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Proficiencies in SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop, AutoCAD and MS Office are must haves
