Delivery Driver

Responsibilities: Carry out deliveries according to delivery instructions and schedule, ensuring all goods are delivered on time. Loading and unloading of goods,ensure that all items are checked against Delivery Orders prior to loading into truck. Keeping logs of the delivery activities on the ‘Daily Delivery Instruction’. Map out the fastest routes to the desired destinations and to drive safely at all times. Report promptly to the Superior of any delays or problems encountered. Ensure that goods sent to customers are checked against the Delivery Orders in their presence to avoid any dispute thereafter. Ensure delivery truck is properly serviced and maintained as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the truck both interior and exterior.
