Quantitative Researcher/ Analyst

About the Role We're hiring an experienced Quantitative Researcher/ Analyst to strengthen our modelling capabilities, with a primary focus on identifying and modelling toxic and abusive trading flows and clients. This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of risk, pricing, and platform integrity. Responsibilities Develop, test, and deploy quantitative models to detect, classify, and mitigate toxic and abusive order flow and client behaviour Analyze trading patterns to distinguish profitable, benign, and predatory flow across multiple asset classes Build and refine models supporting swap rates, funding rates, and pricing Collaborate with trading, engineering, and risk teams to operationalize models on-chain Monitor model performance and adapt to evolving market conditions and adversarial behaviour Translate complex quantitative findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders Job Requirements At least a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (sciences, engineering, mathematics, or similar) 3 years of experience in a quantitative analyst or similar role Demonstrated experience modelling toxic and abusive flows and clients Strong programming and statistical modelling skills Experience building models for swap rates, funding rates, and pricing Knowledge and hands-on experience in crypto, RWAs(equities, commodities, fx), and D1s (perpetuals, CFDs) Familiarity with trading environments Experience partnering with technology teams to build risk analysis databases and develop reporting frameworks to support decision-making.
