Low-Code Engineer (Microsoft Power Platform)

Job Description We are seeking a motivated Low-Code Engineer (Microsoft Power Platform) to design, develop, and maintain business applications using low-code/no-code technologies. You will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to automate business processes, improve operational efficiency, and deliver secure, scalable solutions. This role requires hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform , including Power Apps and Power Automate , as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Design, develop and deploy applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and other low-code/no-code technologies. Analyse existing business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency. Gather and analyse business requirements with stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions. Develop automated workflows, forms, integrations and business process solutions. Configure and administer low-code platforms, including workflows, business rules, process logic, data validation and user interface components. Perform functional and system testing to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including:Solution Design DocumentsConfiguration and Environment DocumentationSecurity and Compliance DocumentationDeployment GuidesMaintenance and Support GuidesUser GuidesTraining MaterialsTesting and Validation Reports Collaborate with internal teams, business users and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions. Ensure compliance with ICT security standards and data governance policies. Monitor production applications, troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements and continuous improvements. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of application development experience . At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform , including:Microsoft Power AppsMicrosoft Power Automate Experience developing applications using low-code/no-code platforms. Experience configuring workflows, rules engines, business process automation, data validation and UI components. Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Skills Experience integrating Microsoft Power Platform with enterprise applications and APIs. Knowledge of application lifecycle management and deployment practices. Familiarity with ICT security and data governance standards. Experience preparing technical and user documentation.
