Marine Industry Operations & Digitalization Executive Tekun Hardware Pte Ltd is a Singapore marine hardware and industrial solutions provider supporting shipyards, marine engineering companies, and industrial sectors. As part of our business transformation and growth initiatives, we are looking for a Marine Industry Operations & Digitalization Executive to support operational coordination, digital processes, customer support, and industry development initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates interested in Singapore’s maritime and industrial transformation sectors. Key Responsibilities: Support operational coordination and project execution for marine and industrial clients Assist in inventory, procurement, and supplier coordination processes Support digitalization initiatives and process improvement projects Coordinate customer orders, logistics, and delivery schedules Maintain operational records, reporting, and documentation Assist in market research and industry development initiatives Support implementation of digital tools and systems to improve operational efficiency Work closely with management on business growth and transformation initiatives Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related disciplines Organized and detail-oriented Willingness to learn about marine and industrial operations Familiar with Microsoft Office and digital systems Good communication and coordination skills Interest in operations, logistics, industrial sectors, or maritime industries Preferred Skills: Experience in industrial, logistics, procurement, or marine sectors is an advantage Familiarity with digitalization or process improvement tools is a plus Positive learning attitude and problem-solving mindset What You’ll Gain: Exposure to Singapore’s maritime and industrial ecosystem Experience in operations and digital transformation initiatives Opportunities to work on process improvement and regional business projects Career development in the marine and industrial sectors The 2nd role is especially useful if: you want stronger Career Future alignment, potentially support future grant/training narratives, and position Tekun as modernizing instead of “traditional hardware shop.”
