Supply Chain Coordinator(Import / Export Operations) 📍 Alexandra Road Area 🕘Monday – Friday, 8:30AM – 5:30PM 💰$4,200 – $4,700 + Transport Allowance Join a well-established multinational manufacturing company supporting regional supply chain and logistics operations. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end shipment coordination for import/export operations and liaise with Japan HQ Process and handle high volume Purchase Orders (100 – 200 POs/mth) accurately and efficiently Coordinate with suppliers, customers, internal stakeholders, and freight forwarders Prepare and verify shipping and logistics documents including invoices and BLs Monitor shipment schedules, order backlogs, and delivery timelines Ensure smooth execution of logistics operations and resolve shipment issues promptly Maintain accurate system updates and operational records Support forecasting, cost tracking, and ad-hoc supply chain activities Requirements Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field 2–3 years of relevant supply chain/logistics experience Mandatory: Strong understanding of import/export processes and Incoterms Mandatory: Experience handling high volume Purchase Orders (POs) Experience coordinating with freight forwarders and overseas stakeholders preferred SAP knowledge is advantageous Strong coordination, communication, and multitasking skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight timelines Comfortable with overtime and occasional overseas travel 📩 Interested applicants may send their resume to kyo@temp-team.com.sg Karin Yong (R22109239) EA Licence No: 01C3135
