Facultative Broker (Facultative)

Location: Shenton Way We are seeking a motivated Broker to manage facultative reinsurance accounts and support business growth in Southeast Asia. This role offers exposure to international markets, client leadership, and clear progression opportunities — including mentoring juniorstaff and succession into senior responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention Acquire new clients through market development and networking Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members Conduct client research and analysis to design optimal reinsurance solutions Manage day‑to‑day account tasks, ensuring compliance and timely delivery Monitor market trends and provide insights to support business strategy Prepare reports and account reviews for senior management Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field 5–7 years’ experience in reinsurance broking or underwriting Solid understanding of international reinsurance markets, especially Southeast Asia Proven ability to manage facultative accounts effectively Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Leadership potential with interest in mentoring and succession responsibilities Interested applicants, please email your resume to lilian@juhlerprofessionals.com.sg Tan Li Lian EA 01C3135 Reg R1100465
