Salary: S$3,000 – S$3,300 (Depending on experience) Location: Near Bendemeer MRT Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm About the Role Our client, a well-established company in the shipping industry, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join their Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with Accounts Payable experience who are eager to build their accounting career in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and close monthly Final Disbursement Accounts (FDA). Perform data entry into the accounting system and maintain proper filing of accounting documents. Handle Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including processing supplier invoices and preparing payments. Ensure accounting records are accurate and up to date. Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as assigned. Requirements Diploma, LCCI or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline. At least 1 year of relevant Accounts Assistant or Accounts Payable experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Good attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
