Salary: SGD 3,500 – SGD 4,000 per month Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM About Us We are a well-established Japanese real estate agency in Singapore, specializing in residential, office, and retail leasing services for Japanese corporations and expatriates. With extensive market knowledge and a strong commitment to service excellence, we provide comprehensive real estate solutions tailored to our clients' unique requirements. Key Responsibilities Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable residential, office, and retail properties. Provide excellent customer service by supporting clients throughout the leasing process, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience. Arrange and coordinate property viewings for clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and corporate clients. Provide timely market updates, rental advice, and leasing-related information to clients. Assist in negotiations on rental rates, lease terms, and tenancy conditions. Prepare and manage tenancy agreements, renewal agreements, termination notices, statements of accounts, and other related documentation. Maintain accurate client records, property databases, and transaction files. Coordinate with internal teams, landlords, tenants, and external parties to ensure smooth execution of transactions. Provide after-sales support and respond promptly to client enquiries. Ensure all activities comply with company policies, CEA regulations, and professional standards. Requirements Possess a valid CEA Salesperson Licence. Prior experience in residential leasing is required; experience in commercial real estate leasing is an added advantage. Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
