Quantity Surveyor, Up To $4,500

Salary: S$3,800 – S$4,500 (depending on experience) 5-day work week. Based at project site office. Job Responsibilities Review contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Prepare quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare and submit progress claims and supporting documents. Process subcontractor and supplier payment claims. Prepare variation orders, cost estimates, and final accounts. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Attend site meetings and monitor project progress. Assist with Extension of Time (EOT) submissions and other commercial matters. Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction, Civil Engineering, Material Engineering, ora related discipline. At least 2-3 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience in the construction industry. Familiar with construction contracts and cost management. Able to work independently with strong attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
