Senior Quantity Surveyor, Up To $6,000

Salary: S$5,000– S$6,000 (depending on experience) 5-day work week. Based at project site office. Job Responsibilities Manage quantity surveying and contract administration activities for construction projects. Prepare and submit progress claims, payment applications, and final accounts. Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate variation orders (VOs). Draft contractual correspondence, notices, and other project documentation. Assist with Extension of Time (EOT), disruption, and additional cost claims. Monitor project costs and ensure compliance with contract requirements. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and the project team. Attend site meetings and support project commercial matters. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction, Civil Engineering, Material Engineering, ora related discipline. Quantity Surveying experience in the construction industry. Good understanding of construction contracts and cost management. Able to work independently with strong communication and negotiation skills. Meticulous, responsible, and proactive with good report writing skills.
