Contracts Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be involved in the end-to-end contract administration of projects, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Support the preparation and submission of progress claims and variations Assist in the management and tracking of project costs and certifications Coordinate with Project Team, Main Contractors, and Finance on contract matters Participate in the preparation of final accounts and retention claims Maintain proper documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle Requirements Diploma / Degree in QuantitySurveying or related discipline Relevant experience in Construction or contract administration is an advantage Good communication and coordination skills Able to manage multiple tasks and meet timelines Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude Why Join Us Exposure to projects from award through completion Supportive team environment with structured workflows Opportunity to learn and grow within the Contracts / QS function
