Co Lead/ Lead, Education Programmes We are looking for a Co Lead/ Lead, Education Programmes who can effectively address the needs of preschool children/ student learners. The Lead, Preschool & Education Programmes is responsible for providing developmentally appropriate programs that are aligned with learning objectives. To be a successful Co Lead/ Lead, Education Programmes, you should be able to display strong communication skills and a kind and gentle demeanour when interacting with children/ student learners. Ultimately, an outstanding Co Lead/ Lead, Education Programmes should display patience and use creative ways to interact and engage with children. Co Lead/ Lead, Education Programmes Responsibilities: Design & Deliver education programmes to children & student learners Adapting the program to suit the needs of participants Consistently planning innovative ways of keeping children actively engaged. Imparting knowledge to children through fun and play Composing detailed reports for the programme Ensure overall safety and wellbeing of the children Ensure that programmes and activities are carried out smoothly Plan for manpower and logistics Co Lead/ Lead, Education Programmes Requirements: Minimum of 1 year’s experience in the field. Ability to exercise patience when interacting with children. A caring and approachable nature.
