Preschool Programmes Facilitator Job Description We are looking for a passionate and responsible Part-Time Programme Facilitator to work with preschool-aged children. This role involves conducting and delivering programme content in an engaging, interactive manner that supports early childhood development. Roles and Responsibilities Conduct and deliver pre-planned educational programme sessions to preschool students (ages 4–6). Create a lively and interactive classroom environment through storytelling, music, movement, games, and hands-on activities. Encourage participation and engagement while ensuring a safe, inclusive, and positive learning space. Assist in setting up and packing down materials before and after each session. Observe and report on children’s participation and progress where required. Requirements Proficient in spoken English; able to communicate clearly and confidently. Able to commit to scheduled programme dates/times reliably. Energetic, warm, and patient personality with a passion for early childhood education. Strong classroom management skills. Able to engage a group of young learners through creative and interactive methods.
