The HR Business Partner supports the business by driving recruitment activities and maintaining robust HR governance through policy development, employment contract and employee handbook management. The incumbent will work closely with hiring managers and HR leader to ensure hiring efficiency, policy compliance, and consistent employment documentation across the organization. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment for operational, technical and office-based positions. Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and recruitment strategies. Prepare job advertisements, source candidates, conduct pre-screening and coordinate interviews. Prepare employment offers and support onboarding and offboarding activities. Maintain recruitment records and monitor hiring metrics, including time-to-fill and recruitment effectiveness. HR Governance Draft, review and update HR policies, procedures and guidelines in accordance with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations. Prepare and maintain employment contracts, confirmation letters, transfer letters, promotion letters and other employment documentation. Review and update the Employee Handbook to ensure alignment with business needs, legislative changes and company practices. Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and employment terms. HR Compliance & Audits Coordinate and support internal and external HR audits, including customer, ISO and compliance audits where applicable. Maintain accurate HR records and documentation to ensure audit readiness. Monitor compliance with statutory requirements, company policies and internal controls. Track audit findings and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with relevant stakeholders. HR Projects & Continuous Improvement Support HR process improvement initiatives and digitalisation projects. Prepare HR reports and manpower statistics. Participate in HR initiatives to improve employee experience and operational efficiency. HR & Administration Support: Work as a team and individually to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in accordance to the strategies and work-plans. Ensure HRIS database accuracy and maintain proper documentation. Support HR projects related to automation, system enhancements, and process improvements. Attend to employee queries/concerns and address them. Assist in HR and Company events. Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior/Management to support operational needs. Requirement: Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business orrelated discipline. 3 years & above of HR Generalist, Recruiter or HRBP experience, preferablyin manufacturing, or recycling industries. Strong understanding of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems. Good communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Able to work independently and a team.
