About this role

Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Delivery • Assist the Project Manager in managing the end-to-end implementation of video surveillance and analytics projects. • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, resource plans, and deliverables. • Track project progress and ensure timely completion of project activities. • Coordinate site surveys, design reviews, installation works, testing, commissioning, and system acceptance. • Monitor project scope, budget, and timeline performance, and recommend corrective actions where necessary. • Organize, coordinate, and facilitate weekly project meetings, technical working group meetings, and stakeholder engagement sessions. • Take accurate and comprehensive meeting minutes, documenting key discussions, decisions made, action items, risks, issues, and follow-up actions. • Track and monitor closure of action items arising from meetings and ensure timely follow-up with responsible parties. • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and status reports to project stakeholders within agreed timelines. • Maintain project governance records, including decision logs, action registers, risk registers, issue logs, and project correspondence. • Provide regular project progress updates and management reports to support ecision-making and project oversight. Stakeholder Management • Engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and requirements. • Coordinate meetings, workshops, design reviews, and progress updates. • Manage communications among engineering teams, operations teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors. • Prepare management reports, project dashboards, and presentation materials. Technical Coordination • Work with technical teams on: o CCTV and IP camera deployments o Video Management Systems (VMS) o Edge and centralized video analytics solutions o AI-based analytics such as object detection, incident detection, intrusion detection, crowd monitoring, traffic analytics, and behavioral analytics o Network connectivity and infrastructure integration o Storage, servers and cybersecurity requirements • Review technical specifications, system architecture, and deployment plans. • Coordinate factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), On-Site Acceptance tests (OSAT) and performance validation activities. Vendor and Contract Management • Support procurement, tender evaluation, and contract administration activities. • Monitor contractor and vendor performance against contractual obligations. • Review project deliverables, invoices, variation orders, and claims. • Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and service levelagreements. Risk, Quality and Compliance Management • Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and implement mitigation measures. • Ensure compliance with organizational governance requirements, technical standards, safety regulations, and cybersecurity policies. • Maintain project documentation, risk registers, issue logs, and change management records. • Support audit, security assessment, and regulatory compliance activities. Testing, Commissioning and Operations Readiness • Coordinate system integration, testing, and commissioning activities. • Ensure solutions meet operational, functional, and performance requirements. • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and operational handover. • Support training, documentation development, and post-deployment transition to operations teams. Requirements Education • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related discipline. Experience • At least 5–8 years of experience in project management, systems implementation, CT infrastructure, smart city, transportation, security, orsurveillance-related projects. • Experience in deploying large-scale CCTV and video surveillance systems. • Experience managing system integrators, contractors, and technology vendors. • Experience in public sector, transportation, critical infrastructure, security, or smart city projects is advantageous. Technical Knowledge Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following: • IP-based video surveillance systems eg. Axis, Hikvision, Avigilon and etc • Video Management Systems (VMS) eg. Milestones, Genetec and etc • Video analytics and AI-powered surveillance solutions • Network infrastructure and communications systems • Edge computing platforms • Cybersecurity principl…
