Job Description We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing HR strategies, attracting top talent, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting organizational growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development. Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace culture. Develop talent acquisition and retention strategies. Coordinate training, learning, and leadership development programs. Manage compensation, benefits, and performance evaluation processes. Maintain accurate HR records and prepare management reports. Support organizational planning, workforce development, and change management initiatives. Advise senior management on HR strategies and organizational development. Requirements Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Human Resource Management (HRM) is mandatory. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Human Resource Management. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). Preferred Qualifications Experience managing multicultural and diverse workforces. Experience in organizational development, talent management, and leadership coaching. Professional HR certifications will be an added advantage.
