Responsibilities Accountable for delivering critical program milestones, maintaining rigorous governance of schedule, budget, and stakeholder engagement, and building the foundation for ongoing project excellence. Success in this position ensures that the program delivers strategic value to Thales and its customers by consistently meeting objectives with quality, precision, and resilience The scope of Wok internally assigned to Thales Singapore is estimated to be approx. 130 M Euros. Provide all required reporting PMO data from Singapore scope (Schedule risks workload Earn value KPI’s etc…) to the central PMO in Singapore and ensure a consistent consolidation at Project level (including workload and staffing Management). Deputies the project Director: represent the project in external relationships (customer, Thales stakeholders, etc…); coordinate internal work and consolidation with project team members especially Project Managers for France and Australia Manage WorkPackage preparation and regular progress reviews Lead and manage project from start to finish, ensuring successful transition and project launch Execute, monitor, and control projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to budgets and financial structures Anticipate and resolve any issues or risks that may impact project delivery. Provide necessary early warning alerts to the Project Management team Support the generation of future orders and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle Projects are delivered with the highest quality standards and in accordance with contractual requirements Knowledge, Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Management (or equivalent), or demonstrated experience in contract law, contract management, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years in program / project management. At least 15 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 10 years in offer and/or project management (as PMO or PM), with thorough knowledge of the entire program lifecycle. Certified Project Management professional (IPMA, PMP, or equivalent). Strong experience in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management including complex & international project, customer orientation, ability to coordinate, etc… . Solid understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks. Proven project management skills, including interdepartmental coordination. Expertise in risk management and ensuring contractual compliance. Excellent communication, negotiation, collaboration, and analytical skills, with a pragmatic and autonomous approach.
