Head Of Cafe Operations

As a Cafe Operations Head, you are to lead and oversee the overall performance of all café outlets. This role is responsible for driving sales and profitability, maintaining excellent customer service and product standards, developing outlet teams, controlling operating costs, and ensuring consistent compliance with company policies and branding. Key Responsibilities Lead the daily operations and performance of all café outlets. Establish and maintain consistent operating, service and product-quality standards. Develop operational strategies to improve sales, profitability and customer experience. Set outlet targets and regularly review sales, labour costs, expenses and productivity. Train and supervise café managers, supervisors and service teams. Plan staffing requirements and staff schedules Monitor inventory, ordering, stock variances, food costs and wastage. Conduct regular outlet inspections and ensure corrective actions are completed. Review customer feedback and resolve serious or recurring service issues. Collaborate with production and procurement teams to maintain product availability and quality. Coordinate with marketing on promotions, product launches and customer-engagement activities. Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace safety, licensing and company requirements. Prepare and present operational and financial performance reports to senior management. Requirements At least five years of café, restaurant or multi-outlet operations experience, including three years in a leadership role. Proven ability to lead managers and large operational teams. Strong knowledge of café operations, customer service, food safety and cost control. Commercially driven with strong analytical, planning and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills Proficient in POS systems, Microsoft Office and operational reporting. Working on weekends is a must
