Senior Service Crew (Full Time)

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Senior Service Crew to join our cafe team at Katong V (Marine Parade). You will oversee daily service operations, support the service crew, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers. Responsibilities: Supervise and guide service crew during daily operations Ensure smooth front-of-house operations during peak periods Provide excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally Monitor cashier operations, payment handling, and daily sales procedures Conduct inventory checks, monitor stock levels, and assist with stock ordering and receiving Ensure food, beverage, and service supplies are properly managed to reduce wastage Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure order accuracy and timely service Train and support new team members on service standards and SOPs Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards Assist with opening and closing duties, including shift handover Requirements: Previous café, retail, or hospitality experience preferred Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage Able to work weekends and public holidays (shift work) Good communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
