Job Summary You will prepare and serve desserts and specialty beverages, manage customer interactions, assist with inventory and staff management, and support recruitment and training to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Responsibilities Prepare and plate desserts to meet quality and presentation standards Make and serve specialty coffee, tea, and chocolate beverages to customer specifications Process customer payments accurately using cash registers and payment terminals Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and meet their needs Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of food preparation and customer areas Assist the Manager in managing inventory and procurement to maintain stock levels Support the Manager in scheduling staff shifts and monitoring staff performance continuously Assist in recruiting new hires and provide training and support to ensure staff readiness Required competencies and certifications Possess the mandatory Basic Food Hygiene Certificate for safe food handling Preferred competencies and qualifications Preferably have at least 1 year of experience working in food and beverage establishments Demonstrate a service-oriented attitude toward customers and team members Other Information Interested candidates can email their resumes to jobs@thedarkgallery.com.
