Interior Designer

Job Summary Manage and deliver interior design projects from concept through installation, driving client satisfaction and project success through strategic design development, technical precision, and effective stakeholder collaboration. Responsibilities Lead interior design projects by developing innovative design concepts, mood boards, and space plans that align with client requirements and budget constraints Create detailed technical drawings and documentation using CAD software to ensure precise design execution Specify and select appropriate furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), materials, and finishes to meet design objectives and quality standards Coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, and architects to facilitate seamless project delivery and resolve design-related challenges Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, assess quality, and proactively address any issues to maintain timelines and standards Communicate design intent clearly through presentations and client interactions to influence decision-making and secure approvals Required competencies and certifications Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce accurate design documentation and visual presentations Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, furnishings, and building codes to ensure compliant and functional designs Demonstrated project management skills to oversee timelines, resources, and stakeholder coordination effectively Preferred competencies and qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field as foundational knowledge supporting design expertise Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful project outcomes and design innovation Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage clients and internal teams confidently
