PMO Analyst (Contract) We are looking for a proactive PMO Analyst to support the governance and successful delivery of multiple technology projects within a dynamic enterprise environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong project coordination and PMO experience who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys working closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts and stakeholders to drive project success. Key Responsibilities Support the PMO Lead in overseeing project governance across multiple projects and programmes. Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies to ensure timely delivery. Prepare and maintain project documentation, RAID logs, action trackers and governance artefacts. Consolidate project status updates and prepare executive dashboards, reports and presentations for senior management. Coordinate governance meetings, steering committee sessions and project reviews, ensuring accurate meeting minutes and follow-up actions. Track project financials, resource allocation and overall portfolio health. Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, governance standards and organisational processes. Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, technical teams and vendors to facilitate project delivery and resolve project issues. Identify governance gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance delivery effectiveness. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management or a related discipline. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a PMO, Project Coordinator, Project Analyst or Project Management role. Experience supporting multiple concurrent IT projects within an enterprise environment. Good understanding of project governance, SDLC, Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies. Strong analytical and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence or Microsoft Project. Experience preparing project dashboards, governance reports and executive presentations. PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation or Agile certifications will be an advantage. Preferred Experience Experience supporting digital transformation or enterprise application projects. Familiarity with portfolio reporting, project financial tracking and resource management. Experience working with cross-functional teams, vendors and senior stakeholders in a matrix environment. Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting and visualisation tools is advantageous.
