Fp&A Lead (Senior Manager)

We are seeking a seasoned FP&A Manager to lead regional financial planning and analysis for a leading consumer services group. This is a strategic role with high visibility, responsible for driving financial performance, managing planning cycles, and delivering business-critical insights across the organization. You will play avital role in monthly close, budgeting & forecasting, investment analysis, and leading transformation initiatives including digital finance and ERP projects. Key Responsibilities Lead monthly management reporting, and variance analysis Lead the annual budget and monthly forecast process, ensuring alignment across the organization Develop and analyze budget/forecast proposals, delivering insights for management reviews Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decisions, investment/divestment activities, and accounting treatment simulations.
