Roles & Responsibilities Manage assigned leads and conduct consultations to understand client needs, budgets, and lifestyle requirements to achieve sales targets. Develop creative concepts, layouts, and material selections; prepare accurate quotations and proposals for client approval. Oversee the project from concept to completion, coordinating with Project Managers to ensure smooth handovers and technical feasibility. Act as the primary professional contact, ensuring high satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and ethical sales practices. Uphold company SOPs and represent the brand with integrity in every client interaction. Requirements Driven & Professional: Self-motivated with a strong commitment to excellence and integrity. Industry Passion: A genuine interest in design, sales, and delivering a great client experience. Effective Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presence. Organized & Resilient: Ability to manage multiple projects with precision under a structured environment. Relevant Background: Experience in interior design, sales, or project management is preferred.
