Roles & Responsibilities Oversee renovation projects from commencement to completion Coordinate with designers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams Ensure projects are delivered according to approved drawings, timeline, and budget Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and safety compliance Address site issues, variations, and client concerns promptly Conduct regular site inspections and progress updates Ensure proper project documentation, handover, and defect management Requirements Driven & Professional: Self-motivated with a strong commitment to excellence and integrity.
