Job Summary Assist the chef with food preparation and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining area while serving customers and handling food orders efficiently. Responsibilities Prepare food by washing, cutting vegetables, and cleaning ingredients to support the chef’s cooking process Wash pots, dishes, and kitchen utensils to maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment Serve dine-in customers by taking orders accurately and packing takeaway food promptly Clean the dining area by wiping tables and sweeping and mopping floors to ensure a pleasant customer experience Arrange food storage systematically and manage kitchen garbage disposal to maintain hygiene and order Follow food hygiene rules strictly to ensure food safety and compliance with health standards
