Chef - Western Cuisine _5 Days Work _Monday To Friday

Requirements Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience as a Western Chef, Chef de Partie, Demi Chef, or in a similar kitchen position. Good knowledge of international Western cuisine and cooking techniques. Experience preparing items such as pasta, grilled meats, seafood, burgers, salads, soups, sauces, and other Western dishes. Able to manage an assigned kitchen section independently. Good understanding of food hygiene, food safety, stock rotation, and kitchen sanitation. Able to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods. Strong attention to food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and portion control. Positive attitude with good teamwork and communication skills. Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to the duty roster. Food Safety Course certification is preferred. Applicants must be eligible to work in Singapore.
