Staff Nurse

Vacancies open for the following branches located at: 1) Lentor Avenue (beside Bullion Park Condominium) 2) Macpherson (walking distance from Tai Seng MRT Exit B) 3) West Coast (next to Kent Ridge Secondary School) 4) Hougang (Hougang Ave 3, estimated opening in early 2026) Job Description: Comply with MOH & SNB standards of nursing practices. Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to provide care to the nursing home residents. Ensure care delivery and nursing interventions as outlined in the care plan, recommends revision of care plans as necessary. Work with allied health professionals, initiate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures. Conduct and supervise assessments of all new admissions. Prepare and update clinical documentations. Prepare and administer medications to residents, comply with safe medication practices. Supervise and train junior nurses & support care staff. Work with supervisor to conduct quality assurance activities to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care. Deal with any emergency that arises and ensures prompt actions to mitigate the situation. Escalates promptly to supervisor, where necessary. Maintain a safe and clean environment in the nursing home.
