Job Summary You will prepare high-quality traditional authentic Bangladesh and Indian dishes, specializing in Bangladesh cuisine, ensuring fresh preparation and adherence to food standards while managing ingredient planning and stock rotation. Responsibilities Cook traditional authentic Bangladesh and Indian dishes with a specialty in Bangladesh cuisine to meet quality standards Apply knowledge of herbs and spices properties and usage to prepare Bangladesh dishes authentically Prepare all dishes freshly and ensure food safety and quality standards are consistently met Plan and organize ingredients for next-day preparation and customer orders to ensure smooth kitchen operations Understand and fulfill customer requirements according to their orders Develop and introduce new dishes and menus to enhance the food offerings Monitor and enforce stock rotation procedures according to inventory management practices Demonstrate experience and expertise in all Bangladesh cuisines during food preparation Maintain consistent food quality throughout service periods Work effectively under pressure during peak and busy periods to meet demand Be available to work within opening hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
