We're looking for driven, hands-on individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen and take pride in delivering consistent, quality food. This role goes beyond daily kitchen work — you'll gain exposure to operations, R&D, costing, and supplier management, making it a great fit for those aiming to grow into senior or leadership roles. What You'll Do Kitchen Operations Support the Head Chef / Operations Manager in running smooth daily operations Prepare and cook menu items with focus on quality, consistency, and presentation Ensure timely food prep and service, especially during peak periods Execute opening and closing routines with discipline Maintain an organised and efficient kitchen workflow Supervise and guide junior staff during shifts Product & Cost Management Support R&D through product trials, recipe improvements, and process refinement Monitor and record daily wastage to reduce cost and improve efficiency Assist with menu costing and ingredient tracking Support supplier sourcing, pricing comparison, and evaluation Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory and replenishment Standards & Training Uphold cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times Ensure all processes follow SOPs and brand standards Support onboarding and training of new kitchen staff What We're Looking For Minimum 1–2 years of relevant kitchen experience (high-volume preferred) Comfortable in a dynamic, high-pressure environment Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety Leadership potential and initiative (for senior roles) Positive attitude and willingness to learn Why Join Us Exposure beyond kitchen operations — R&D, costing, and supplier management Be part of a growing, structured F&B concept Clear path to senior or leadership roles Team that values discipline, consistency, and continuous improvement Additional Information: Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
