About the Role We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Community Manager to join our Office Team. As the voice behind our brand, you will engage with our online community, create meaningful content, and build lasting relationships with our customers across multiple digital platforms. You will help shape our brand story, respond thoughtfully to customer enquiries, and identify engaging moments that strengthen our community. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow the brand's online community across social media platforms. Create, edit, and publish engaging content Respond to customer enquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner. Plan and execute content that aligns with the brand's tone and identity. Monitor community feedback and provide insights to improve customer engagement. Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and brand initiatives. Manage and update content on Shopify and other digital platforms. Requirements Previous experience in the retail and/or F&B industry. Proficient in Shopify, Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), and Xiaohongshu. Strong communication, copywriting, and community engagement skills. Able to work independently in a remote working environment. Preferred Skills Experience in social media content planning. Familiarity with community management tools and analytics. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Benefits Remote working arrangement.
