General Director

Job Description We are seeking a highly capable and strategic Director to lead the overall operations, performance, and growth of our healthcare business. This role will oversee multiple functions and drive both operational excellence and long-term business strategy. Key Responsibilities Lead overall business operations, including clinic performance, administration, and commercial outcomes Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, scalability, and market expansion Oversee and manage multiple clinics or business units (if applicable), ensuring consistent operational standards Build, lead, and mentor management teams, including clinic managers and senior staff Drive financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including guidelines from the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and service offerings Oversee marketing strategy, branding, and patient acquisition initiatives Establish governance frameworks, SOPs, and performance KPIs across the organization Requirements Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience , with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role Proven track record in managing business operations, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or TCM sector Strong commercial acumen with experience in revenue growth and cost management Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and scaling operations Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate both at strategic and operational levels
