Position Title: Recruitment Consultant Location: Shenton Way, Singapore Working Days: 5 days (8:00am – 6:00pm) After probation: 10:00am – 5:00pm (subject to KPI performance) Salary: $2,850 – $3,550 + $250 KPI allowance + commission Requirements CEI certification is preferred; candidates without CEI may apply Relevant experience in recruitment, sales, or customer-facing roles is an advantage Job Responsibilities Source, screen, and match candidates to temporary, contract, and permanent job opportunities Build and maintain relationships with client companies to understand hiring needs Advertise job vacancies through appropriate platforms and channels Search internal databases and external sources to identify suitable candidates Review applications, shortlist candidates, and arrange interviews Brief candidates on job scope, salary, and employment terms Prepare and edit candidate resumes for client submission Coordinate interview arrangements between clients and candidates Update candidates on interview outcomes Support salary discussions and offer coordination between clients and candidates Provide market information on salary benchmarks and job opportunities Follow up with clients on interview status and hiring progress Perform administrative duties related to recruitment activities 🪻 Leong Jia Qi Reg No. : R24124746 🪻 The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd EA No. : 14C7279
